UPDATE – 9/10/26
We are just a couple of days away and we absolutely cannot wait to see you all on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee!

Welcome Drinks and Tapas
Event will be held on The Winnipesaukee Belle taking off from the Meredith docks at 5:30 pm on Saturday, Sep. 12th.
The Winnipesaukee Belle is a 65-foot cruise boat with outdoor and indoor seating. We’ll go for a sunset cruise and be back on land at 8 pm. Dinner and drinks will be served on board. As it is New England in the middle of September on the lake, please check the temperatures and bring a sweater just in case.

Dip in the Lake
Moved to Sunday morning. We’ll be dipping around 9 in the morning at the beach at Church Landing but the beach, lake, and pools are open all day.

Ceremony
Please arrive at 4:30 pm and enjoy the view and some refreshments. Ceremony begins at 5 o’clock promptly on the lakeside lawn at Church Landing.

Finally, here is what you could do in Meredith / the Lakes Region on Sunday morning if you forgot your swimwear and are skipping the Cold Plunge:

East Rattlesnake Mountain. An easy hike to the summit, with magnificent views of Squam Lake and photos you will want to put on the wall. Round trip: 1.3 miles; 1–1.5 hours. Easy to moderate, gravel and built-in rock steps. Directions: Google “East / West Rattlesnake Trailhead” — that usually works. It is about a 23–25 minute drive from Church Landing in Meredith. The main trailhead for East Rattlesnake shares the parking lot with the Old Bridle Path, off Route 113 (Squam Lake Road) in Holderness, about
5.5 miles northeast of Route 3. An easy, pleasant drive — please arrive early; the main lot is small. Roadside parking is not allowed. If the main lot is full, use overflow at the Mt. Morgan or Mt. Percival lots farther down Route 113. From the lot, start on the Old Bridle Path / West Rattlesnake network and continue to East Rattlesnake. Please do not take the full West Rattlesnake trail — it is about 2.5 hours, and you
need to be back in time for the wedding. (You can come back another day)

Squam Lakes Natural Science Center. Explore the nature and wildlife of the Lakes Region: https://nhnature.org/. Children of all ages love it. No ice cream, but birds, animals, and a cool playground. Science programs are usually at 11:00 a.m., with live animals.
Squam Lake Cruises also leave from nearby — a lovely guided tour with beautiful views. Directions: about 15 minutes from Church Landing. Drive north on Route 3; in Holderness turn right on Route 113. The Science Center is immediately there (about a minute off Route 3; parking on the left).

Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad. https://gsscenic.com/winnipesaukee-railway/ Two-hour rail
excursions start at 10:30. The Meredith station is a 10-minute walk from Church Landing; Google “Winnipesaukee Railway.”

Tap House on Lake Winnipesaukee. https://www.thetaphouse.net/ Meredith has plenty of places to eat, but if you want fresh air and maybe a pint of New England beer, this is a good stop. Open, beer-garden seating; craft beer, radler (lager and lemonade), and cider — good for early- morning thoughts about life. I am not sure about coffee, but there must be something. They are in
Center Harbor, 10 min drive north on route 25.

Registry

We appreciate you coming from far and wide to be with us this fall. Your presence is as good a gift as any, but for those who would like, we have put together a registry with items to help us with our honeymoon! Instead of a traditional registry, we ask you to contribute to any part of our trip to Europe that you’d like. You do not have to contribute full amounts, but you can help us with tickets, food, tours, and hotels, partial contributions or whole ones, we appreciate it all! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Travel. Since we can't teleport just yet...

Manchester Airport

Manchester Airport is only 45 minutes away, with airlines like United and American commonly flying in and out. Trade highways for New England’s back roads and enjoy the scenic views New Hampshire has to offer.

Logan Boston International Airport

Fly into Boston Logan and enjoy a 2–3 hour drive that swaps city streets for Vermont’s scenic mountain roads and rolling countryside. The trip ends at the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee, where Church Landing—and a celebration waiting by the water—awaits.

Other Info

The closest airport to Meredith is in Manchester, New Hampshire! Make sure to avoid Manchester, England, as that flight is more expensive. And Kevin and I won’t be there. Second best option is Boston Logan, from which the drive can be scenic if you plan accordingly with our overlord GoogleMaps :)

Meredith, New Hampshire

Meredith, New Hampshire is a small lakeside town that feels like it was made for a wedding weekend. Nestled on the shores of Lake Winnipesaukee and surrounded by gentle mountains, it’s the kind of place where you can wander through charming shops, grab an ice cream by the docks, or sip a drink while watching the sunset over the water. The air is fresh, the views are endless, and everything moves just a little slower here—perfect for relaxing before (and after) the party.

Accommodations

Please read all the way through. Important reservation information below.

Church Landing, Bay Point, Chase House, and Palmer Inn are all part of the Mill Falls Resort Collection in Meredith, set right on the stunning shores of Lake Winnipesaukee. Church Landing is the showstopper on the water, where our ceremony will be, with Chase House and Palmer Inn just a short stroll away. Palmer Inn sits in a restored nineteenth-century linen mill on a tumbling 40-foot waterfall creating a setting that envelopes guests in an atmosphere of warmth, comfort, and easy relaxation. Bay Point sits right on the edge of the water and has unbelievable views. The newly renovated Chase House offers views of the bustling Town Docks and positions you just steps away from Meredith’s quaint village life with shops and restaurants around The Marketplace. No matter which location you chose, all rooms are built for your comfort, with crackling fireplaces and lake views.

Since the hotel has a two night minimum (for us, it will be Saturday-Monday), we’ve taken the pleasure of covering one night stay for our guests. Please use the link below to book your stay, or mention the Zubovskaya/Dohring party if you call. However, the booking link is the hotel’s standard booking link and we were unable to modify it to reflect the new price. It will look like it is the full price for 2 nights, but you will only pay for 1 night. Usually, at this hotel, guests pay a deposit of one night upon booking and the second half upon arrival, but you will not be asked to pay the second half as that is on us. Please contact us or the hotel for more details.

Asked & Answered

We know this is a big trip with a lot of logistics, so we’ve added some information below to answer questions you may have!

Manchester in New England, not England, right?

When looking up flights, please be aware that Manchester in the UK may show up, so be sure to select Manchester in New Hampshire (NH) as the prices are vastly different and we won’t be there!

What time does the ceremony start?

The ceremony begins promptly at 5:00pm. We recommend arriving at the venue no later than 3:45pm for cocktail hour.

Do I need to stay the entire weekend?

While we do hope you can join us all weekend, we understand if you’re unable. Please let us know what your plans are so we can coordinate excursions and dinners accordingly. Our hotel also has a two night minimum stay, with the ceremony on Sunday and check out on Monday!

Is there a dress code?

We leave this one up to you, you fashionable people you! Anything from backyard formal to black tux is on the table. I will be in a dress, the rest is up to y’all.

What will the weather be like?

This is one of the best times of year in New Ham. The nights are cool, the days are warm, the mosquitos are dead. The water is refreshing some say, but we think it’s absolutely perfect for a swim.

Are children welcome?

Absolutely!
